Returns policy

We hope you’re happy with your wobble board. If you want to return it for any reason, we’ll issue a refund within 14 days of receiving it back.

How to return a board

1. Email us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your wobble board to request a return.
2. Please include photos of the wobble board from all angles with your request.
3. Arrange the return at your own expense, with the board in the condition it arrived in.

Please note

• We can’t accept returns of boards that have been marked or damaged in any way.
• Returned goods are your responsibility until we receive them, so we recommend using a delivery service with a tracking number.
